Clémence Lavigne


Clémence has a university degree in art history, music and film to put her many interests to good use.

Flautist for 25 years, she has put her musical knowledge to good use at the Opéra de Montréal and the opera workshop at the Université de Montréal as, respectively, as assistant stage manager and assistant director. Working in the performing arts milieu for over 15 years, she has also traveled the world with Cirque Éloize as stage manager. She has worked alongside great artists on various projects such as Émile Proulx-Cloutier, Claude Poissant, Michel-Maxime Legault, Sébastien Soldevila and Benoît Landry as production manager, assistant, stage manager or artistic coordinator. On the strength of these experience and always on the lookout for new challenges, Clémence began a certificate in philanthropic management at the Université de Montréal in January 2022. Her internship at the Théâtre du Nouveau Monde which she is particularly fond of, having worked there for 10 years. This adventure then led her to pursue graduate studies at HEC, in cultural organization management.
